It has also participated in investments such as Qiandao Lake Crown Resort, Jinhua Ou Jing, Financial Center COB, Anhui Jiuhua Lake Ecological and Cultural Resort, focusing on creating "quality, noble and luxury" product characteristics and leading the trend of modern living, won the project owners and the community wide range of praise. Zhejiang Fuyue Holding Group was founded by the group's joint capital model of 51, which entered Shanghai on behalf of Zhejiang merchants, successfully acquired Shanghai's "Miramar" Group, merged with Zhang Xiaoquan Group, and revitalized the century-old enterprise. In November 2012, True Love Group and Shandong Tengzhou Municipal Government signed a contract with the "Lunan Yiwu Mall" project with a total investment of 11 billion yuan. The project draws on the business model of Yiwu Commodity City and will be built into a benchmark commercial based in Tengzhou and radiating Lunan. The complex was named "Top 100 Markets in China" in 2019.
