When I first came to the warp knitting workshop, I worked in the winding process for two years and worked once a week. It was also my first night shift when I went out. Although the type of work was simple, my energy must be highly concentrated, because the machine rotates very fast. If I am not careful, it is easy to cause work-related accidents. Although I am very careful, my fingers will occasionally touch the machine and cause minor injuries to my fingers. I have never told anyone for more than ten years, I have cried and been sad, because I am single and work in the company. When I am depressed, the workshop leaders always comfort me, encourage me and enlighten me. Later, I also slowly learned to work and live independently,In November 2013, the new workshop began to work on a regular day shift. I didn't expect to work in this position for eight years. The whole workshop has always been two machines for two people. In 2021, the workshop leader gave me the opportunity to try to open two machines. I didn't expect that I could surpass myself. One person opened two warping machines, and the output and quality were excellent.!
2021 is the most unforgettable year in my life. Due to the failure of family investment, I did not invest well on the Internet. For me with heavy debts, it is undoubtedly worse. Fortunately, there is a true love company to protect me from the wind and rain. The company is my life harbor.
In the company for more than ten years, through my own efforts and the concern of the leaders, my work in all aspects has been greatly improved. Now I am not only a driver in the warp knitting workshop, but also a part-time workshop guide and a member of the company's communication team. My lover is in charge of a shopping mall in Shenzhen. Hearing that I was appointed a correspondent by the workshop leader, I was worried that I could not do this job and was ready to buy books to send, I refused, I said to my husband; I have the company leader to teach me, I will redouble my efforts to exercise writing, the leader said to me that action is effective! Only then can unceasingly progress ascends! Thank you very much for loving this big stage, and also thank the leaders for giving me a platform to exercise.
